教學內容 報告.討論.講評 Syllabus The aim of course is to teach and understand the basic theory of welfare state and policy of social insurance, including theory and model of welfare state, crisis and reform of welfare state, health insurance, pension insurance, employment injury insurance and unemployment insurance, the measurement of individual utility and social welfare and theories of justice and their implications for priority setting in health care.
