理財在我國已邁入一革命性的新時代，而金融機構是民眾理財所必經的一個管道，因此民眾必須擁有足夠的理財知識，知道如何為自己規劃財富；另一方面，身為新時代之金融專業人員，亦不能僅賴固守昔日陣地，而需對各種理財技巧及工具皆嫻熟了解，亦即成為一全方位之專業理財人員，如此方能滿足顧客所需，適應市場潮流，本課程之目標即要求學生對各種金融商品之結構以及於金融市場的操作有所了解。 |
