保險是一個經濟行為，亦是一個法律行為，它必須簽署保險契約，因此保險是脫離不開法律的關係。本課程教學的內容係以保險法與其他相關保險法規為基本，透過法條條文詮釋、判例分析、個案研討等方式來析理保險法及相關法規，並作法律適當性之評述 |
Syllabus |
Insurance is a kind of economic behavior, and it is also a behavior of law. As it has to sign a contract, it shall not be out of the law. The courses of teaching are based on insurance law and other regulations concerned. Through the statement specification on articles, case analysis, and case research, etc. methods, the insurance law and regulations concerned can be analyzed with lawful appropriate assessment. |
