| 課程目標 |
教學目標：1.增進對產業界各級組織部門經營管理實務的認識；2.培養運用所學管理知識，分析各種經營管理實務、問題與改進方法的能力； 3.提昇對各種企業管理理論與技術的整合與應用能力。主要內容：資訊電子、金融、機電、鋼鐵、營建、飲料食品等等產業中廠商之經營管理實務，盡可能地加以討論。 |
Objectives |
The course aims to deepen the connection between the theory and practice of business management and to broaden the perspective of the understanding to the practice of management in wide industries. It is hoped that students learn to master the ability of applying management theories in various business context by learning from benchmarking excellent management practices. |
| 教材 |
上課方式：1.分析方法講解及案例討論；
2.企業參訪或邀請業界專家做專題演講，事後學員提出書面心得報告；
3.學員分析與分享經營管理實務故事，並從事問題討論，最後提出書面報告。
作業與活動：1. 企業參訪或專家演講後，每人提出六百字以上的書面心得報告。
2. 分析經營管理實務故事（各組學員（1～4人）選一本「經營管理實務書籍」加以閱讀。然後， (1).每人選出其中一個經營管理實務故事（請同學協調一下，主題勿重複），分析故事的背景、故事精華、值得學習之處與理由（須引用理論）、有疑慮而待釐清之處、及感想與建議（包括較佳作法）等。(2).每人在課堂做口頭報告十分鐘給同學分享（報告內容、簡報方式與時間管理等為評分重點），並主持討論十分鐘，以蒐集相關意見來充實書面報告之內容。(3).彙整各方意見並加強故事分析後，隔數週在課堂再做一次報告與討論，以求精煉分析及促使學員產生更細緻的觀點。（4）提出書面分析報告（兩千字以上，務必以最少的字表達最充足的內容）。）
3. 學員依興趣前往本校圖書館觀賞有關產業發展與管理活動的視聽資料。 |

平時成績-1（課堂參與：每曠一節課減5分，請假者減半），20%；平時成績-2（提問與討論：每次得10分，看法獨到者另外加分，最高100分），20%；報告成績，60%。 |
