課程目標	本課程目的是根據工程專案的特性，探討不同的層面的專案管理方法。課程內容包括：專案組織、可行性分析、時程規劃、成本規劃與控制、物料管理、品質管理、資源管理以及工程的作業理論應用等。	Objectives	Based on the characteristics of construction project, the topic covers different project management techniques, which includes project organizations, feasibility analysis (economic, financial), scheduling, cost planning and control, materials management, quality management, resource management, and operations theory application in construction.
