從公司理財的角度，探討企業的投資與籌資決策，並以追求股東權益極大為目標。其次，瞭解企業如何運用金融市場各種工具籌措資金。三、從財務理論的角度，分析各種金融資產之價值如何決定。最後，針對近來各國資本市場發生的弊端，重新思考財務管理的目標與責任。 |
Objectives |
Finance consists of three interrelated areas:(1) money and capital markets, which deals with securities markets and financial institutions;(2)investments, which focuses on the decisions made by both individual and institutional investors ;(3) corporate finance, whick focuses on capital budgeting capital structure, etc. |

課堂講授為主，配合相關主題之投影片/Power point及實例說明，每章均有作業，個案討論及測驗。 |
Teaching Materials |
Formal lectures inform and explain theoretical and practical
issues in finance suported by OH slide/PP.Students will work
in groups on a written case study and present their findings as well as submit problem-sheets on each chapter. |

Introduce the concepts and tools of financial managerial,
including financial statements analysis;financial planning;
time value of money;risk & return and bone & stock valuation.Then present long-tern investment decisions,long-
tern financial decisions and short-tern financial decisions.
Finally describe hybrid & derivative securities and their role in the corporarion. |
