課程目標 本課程藉由理論講授與團體專題研究報告之方式,協助同學了解個案工作之三種基石:哲學(價值),理論,基本過程與工作技巧,並期待學生能將所學靈活運用餘個案服務之過程,以增進個人專業成長。 Objectives The contents of this course include: History of social casework, foundations of casework, helping process, helping relationship, interview skills, assessment, intervention, evaluation, and termination. Discussion and practice are emphasized.

教學內容 透過個案工作課程之講授，使學生認識社會工作基礎概念、價值與方法，得以運用於實務工作之評估與處遇，並奠定後續專精領域學習的基礎。課程中將透過角色扮演、小組個案報告撰寫、影片討論等方式，協助學生能對專業助人工作的起始有所認識，以利服務的輸送與提供。 Syllabus Combining lecture, role-play activities , discussion and video,make students with an overview of the concept, values, skills in social work to provides professional evaluation and treatment in social work practices.
