課程主要探討蒙特梭利教育歷史及哲學理論。其主要內容將討論蒙特梭利教育在本土化之實施之落實的相關議題。在教學內容設計方面將引導並建構學生對於蒙特梭利教育目前及未來之教育制度省思及教育目的深入探討。同時,利用本課程的研討,學生將學習如果達成一位稱職的幼兒保育人員及提昇幼兒保育品質。 |
Objectives |
The course examines the historical and philosophic foundations of Montessori education. The curriculum content includes issues such as localization and implementation of Montessori education. The principles and ideas underlying educational policies are examined. The instructional content is designed to guide students to contemplate about the educational systems and objectives behind Montessori education in the present and future. Through class discussions, students will learn to be a qualified child care worker and to enhance child care quality. |

Syllabus |
This course examines the historical and philosophic foundations of montessori education in our socially and culturally diverse country. The thoughts of influential Montessori educators are introduced. The principles and ideas underlying educational policies are examined. The student is challenged to build a philosophy of Montessori education by identifying the ideologies behind educational systems, curricula and goals. Current curricular approaches to character education will be examined. Students will learn to integrate character education into all they do as a future teacher. |
