課程目標 本課程在介紹土地法及相關法規之立法意旨及其實務運用，以充實學生對不動產之專業知識，並輔導參加不動產專業證照考試。 Objectives The course introduces the main objectives and the practical applications of the land law to provide the students with sufficient background in real estate. The course also assists students to take the certification exam of real estate.
