Objectives |

| 教學內容 |
社工員在協助個案時，常會遇到許多的法律問題，而在一些法律爭點的處理上，亦常需要社工員專業的介入協助。故在民主法制及人權意識高漲的社會中，社工員在助人的同時，都應具有相當的法律專業，才更能協助人個案，及避免因疏忽法律知識而損及個案及社工員本身的權益。
「社會工作與法律」，即希望透過社會工作之基本內涵為出發，從法律社會學的角度，就實務上社會工作領域常會接觸到的個案類型及相關時事為例，介紹現行相關法令，即以社會福利法規為主軸，所涉社會工作之內涵、倫理為輔，並就所涉及之相關民刑事法令亦一併探究之。 |
Syllabus |
Social workers would meet many legal problems when they deal with cases. Thus, they should have the basic legal knowledge to help their clients to solve problems and to protect clients’ rights.
The course would introduce social welfare law through some social practice and case study. Also, it would lead students to discuss some social events from socio-legal angle. |
