課程目標 高齡化事先進國家必經過程，在此過程中，老人及其家人及其所在地區之民間團體與政府如何建構服務體系以因應老人之各種需要呢？本課程將以臺灣老人福利為主，輔以日本情況來講述老人福利服務，其他包含老人福利之沿革與體制、居家和機構式照護、專業證照制度之制定，老人的權利擁護及福利、醫療之合作關係。 Objectives Aging is the process that developed countries have to pass. In this process how can the elderly and his family, private party in that community and the government construct the service network to respond the elderlys needs? This course will teach Taiwans social welfare of the elderly, and introduce Japans welfare, too. The content includes history of social welfare of the elderly, domiciliary and residential care, license system, the elderlys right protection, coordination of welfare, medicine and health.
教材 採互動式教學、歡迎同學提出問題共同討論。本課程輔以錄影帶及相關資料介紹日本之社會福利與機構、期待能提供作為同學實習與就職之參考。 Teaching Materials In this course we will take two ways learning. We welcome students ask some questions in the classroom and participate in discussion. We also introduce Japans welfare by video and we hope it is useful to students.
成績評量方式 1. 隨堂心得 25% 2. 期中報告25% 3. 期末考試　50%。 Grading 1. Present rate 25% 2. Midterm report 25% 3.Final test 50%
