土地法是國家實施土地政策,推行土地行政及保障民眾財產權益的主要依據.也是一般民眾投資,理財,置產的基本知識.
本課程的目的在介紹現行土地法及其相關法令規章之內容,立法精神,解釋函令及實務運作情形,俾使學生了解現行法令規定及自身財產權益,進而培養對國家土地政策與土地行政之基本認識. |

Land Laws is the main basis that a country carries out the land policy to practice land administration and to protect the citizens' properties and rights.It is also the basic knowledge of investment,financial management,and of buying land properties for every person.The purpose of this course is to introduce not only the current land laws,but also the contents,the spirits,the explainations,and the practical conditions of the relating regulations to the Land Laws.In this course,students will throughly understand the current laws,regulations,and their own rights of properties,so they will cultivate their primary understandings about the national land policy and the land administration. |
