Public Administrative is a wide-range subject that integrates theories and practical affairs. The goal of Public Administrative is help people understand what the government can do and how the government manage; besides we want Public Administrative can response the social needs and attain the goal-3E (Efficiency, Effect and Equity) and 3p (Public Participation, Predictability, and Procedural Due Process) |
| 教材 |
本課程將採呂育誠、陳恆鈞及許立一等三位合譯「行政學」為主，並配合課堂需要，補充相關講義或資料。於學期開始由老師就課程理論加以介紹，奠定學生基本觀念後；再結合課程內容需要，選擇適當文章、報導或實務案例，於課堂上共同討論。或由學生以自行分組方式就課程主題及參考資料事先進行研讀，再將心得或成果發表於課堂上與同學分享，藉由師生間互動，培塑討論、批判能力，發揮事倍功半教學效果。 |

公共行政是個範圍廣泛且不斷綜合理論與實務的學科，其目的是在促使更深入理解政府，及所管理社會間關係；同時希望公共政策更能回應社會需要，展開合乎管理主義行為，以符合效能、效率和更深入的公民需要。所以本課程旨在提供一些概念指引，側重公共行政對社會、組織與個人的重要性及意義，簡述公共行政的各式途徑、解決社會問題責任、公共利益以及行政倫理等。課程內容主要分二部分：第一部分著重於理論探述，主要介紹公共行政的基本觀念、公共行政典範、組織理論等；第二部分則從組織實際運作及相關議題進行探討。課程設計將以基礎理論傳授與講解為主；或輔以關鍵議題進行分組討論。期能有助於學生對社會脈動的掌握，提昇解決問題能力；並提供有心繼續研究者，廣泛理論基礎。 |
Syllabus |
Public Adeministratives is a wide-range subject which combines theories and practice. Students can understand the implementations of government and its behaviors not the typical image of 'Black Box'by learning Public Administrative.Therefore,the goal of this course is to provide students correct concepts and emphasize its importance about the society ,organization and everyone. |
