本課程主要目標在讓學生透過敷地計畫之理論、方法及程序，建立基地調查、分析及規劃的基本概念，並能有系統的進行基地實質開發，以達到基地環境的永續利用。 |
Objectives |
The objectives of this course, through theories, methodologies and procedures of site planning, are to establish the basic concept of environmental survey, site analysis, and planning, in order to make an effective integration among physical environment, site development and human behavior. |

本課程以景觀建築及都市計畫相關領域所涉及之敷地計畫內容為主要講授架構，以與建築敷地計畫有所區別，內容包括敷地計畫基本概念、計畫程序及方法、基地調查分析、基地適宜性評估、敷地計畫的空間因素、時間因素以及技術與人文因素、各類土地使用特性及組成要素，主要著重在景觀規劃領域，包括風景區 庭園 山坡地 海濱及住宅社區。 |
Syllabus |
This course contain landscape and urban planning related site planning theories, practical skills to deal with environmental development. The framework of the context include basic concepts, planning process and methods, site survey and analysis, site suitability assessment, space-time-human factors, land-use patterns, and especially focus on scenic area and hillside site development.
The course aims a return to the proper harmony between men and nature. |
