課程目標 休閒事業屬服務業,其畢業生為服務業從業人員,為加強自信心及體驗各種場合服務與得體應對 Objectives There are vistors and specific customers need professional communication of interpretation to support the various useful and systemerical information in which are an integral part of their service maners to understand more about receptional etiquettes.
教材 1. 實際演練接待方式,並培養正確服務觀念及服務精神。2. 訓練學生令顧客滿意的應對禮儀及技巧。3. 習得處理顧客抱怨的基本原則、步驟及方法。
上課服裝儀容要求及檢查:規定學生上課著規定之制式服裝。無論男女,嚴禁著牛仔褲(裙)及球鞋(或涼鞋、拖鞋)上課,以養成「視場合穿著」之良好習慣與禮貌禮儀,違反規定者按規定處理。

成績評量方式 服裝儀容20%、期中分組角色扮演20%、期末口試20%、接待訓練驗收30%、缺席率10%
