Objectives |
Civil Law as the foundation of civil and business legal structure is ideal for serving as the introductory course of the more advanced business Laws. This course is well tailored to suit the needs of students of management school. Of particular interests would be the process of contract formation and seeking of damages. After training of the class materials, students are expected to have general knowledge of the legal effects concerning commercial trade. |
