| 課程目標 |
一、本課程目的在培養學生執行現存產品設計之能力。在完整工業設計流程的演練中，確立學生對各階段工作內容與品質之應有觀念，一方面提高其自我要求，另一方面令其在各方面都具備業界所要求之水準。
二、要求學生遵照完整之設計流程，並講解各步驟之間的邏輯架構關係。由產品及人因分析、使用者意見調查、趨勢分析及設計策略研擬、構想展開及篩選、草圖及表現圖繪製、草模製作、3D電腦模型建構及模擬，直到成果展示及其設計。在成果展示中學生必須設法以電腦多媒體之方式呈現其全學期各階段之作業成果。雖然作業係以3C產品為主，但預期學生將因為對步驟架構及其工作內容較為深刻之了解而有能力應付不同產業及各種任務狀況之要求。
三、在指導之間培養學生敏銳之觀察力、資料收集整理能力及成果發表能力、灌輸正確之設計理念，並令其具備正確思考與設計判斷之能力。 |

| 教材 |
每週上課時講授下週演練之作業步驟的相關注意要點，學生依據進度表及講授內容進行演練，下週上課時先由學生輪流上台簡報其本週演練結果後由老師逐一講評。 |
Teaching Materials |
After initial orientations, students practice specific design process during the following week as their assignments, then brief the result of their practice to the class in the next class, which will be followed by comments from the lecturer. |
