教學內容 1.證券交易法函條釋義並舉例說明
2.證券市場之參觀實習		 Syllabus This course will cover the basic concept of collecting, issuing, buying and selling securities;understanding how to operate between Stock and the Stock Exchange; knowing the stipulation of the Law of securities Exchang. This course includes that arranging the student to attand to the securities office to learn in order to get the good result in theory and practice.
