課程目標 數學模式廣泛應用在企業經營、經濟、統計、財務、管理等社會科學領域,其中微積分尤為重點。因此,對微積分的了解有助於同學在其主修領域的學習。本課程按函數、極限、微分、積分之順序講授並隨時輔以範例說明其應用情形。 Objectives Mathematic models are widely applied to business, economics, statistics, financial, management, and other social science fields. Of all these models, calculus is the most important. The realization in calculus will help students to study each major field. This course is to introduce function, limit, differentiation, and integration in order. And some real examples will be given to explain its application.
教材 以商業上的應用需求啟發學生微積分觀念並介紹基本名詞、定義、運算技巧及問題處理。利用部分上課時間讓學生實作練習,以增進學生了解及實際問題運用。 Teaching Materials Inspire students to find the calculus concepts from business applications. Introduce the definitions, operating techniques. In class practice to make student understanding the content and solve actual problems.
成績評量方式 出席狀況 10%。 平時測驗 4 x 10%。期中考 25%,期末考 25%。 Grading 1. Attendance status 10%, 2. Test 4 x 10%, 3. Midterm 25%,Final 25%

教學內容 介紹積分及反導函數觀念、微積分基本定理、定積分、不定積分、瑕積分及數值積分運算技巧及商業應用,並介紹多變數函數及微分方程應用。 Syllabus In this second term, the course introduces concept of integration and antiderivates, the fundamental theorem of calculus, operating techniques of indefinite integral, definite integral, improper integral and numerical integration with business application. Multiple variables function and introduction of differential equations are also included.
