Objectives |
The course introduces different approaches to early childhood education, including developmentally appropriate practices, unit approach, thematic approach, the project approach, Bank Street approach, Waldorf approach, High/ Scope curriculum, emergent curriculum design, and open education. Students are expected to be familiar with the approaches to early childhood education, and apply the essence of the approaches into the practice. |
