高齡化事先進國家必經過程，在此過程中，老人及其家人及其所在地區之民間團體與政府如何建構服務體系以因應老人之各種需要呢？本課程將以臺灣老人福利為主，輔以日本情況來講述老人福利服務，其他包含老人福利之沿革與體制、居家和機構式照護、專業證照制度之制定，老人的權利擁護及福利、醫療之合作關係。 |
Objectives |
Aging is the process that developed countries have to pass. In this process how can the elderly and his family, private party in that community and the government construct the service network to respond the elderlys needs? This course will teach Taiwans social welfare of the elderly, and introduce Japans welfare, too. The content includes history of social welfare of the elderly, domiciliary and residential care, license system, the elderlys right protection, coordination of welfare, medicine and health. |
