藉由理論講授與小組實務演練,協助同學了解助人的意義,助人的模式,並學習助人三階段之各項技巧等。 |
Objectives |
The contents of this course include: The meaning and model of interview, and the skills of interview stages. |
| 教材 |
老師講述，學生必須課前預習，課堂報告，並參與討論。上課以英文為主要語言，但學生實務會談演練則以母語（國語或閩南語）為主。 |
Teaching Materials |
In addition to lectures, students are required to prepare the class and participate in the class. English will be the major language for teaching, however, students can use their native language (Madarin or Taiwanese) while practicing interviewing skills and field work. |
| 成績評量方式 |
一、出席率、課堂提問並積極參與討論（10％）。
二' 6次平時小考（50％）
三、期中考 （20％）
四、期末作業：2個會談實錄（每次40分鐘），包括錄音以及交換謄逐字搞（20％） |

會談是社會工作重要的方法之一。有效的會談，不僅能幫助案主釐清問題，並且發掘相關的社會資源。本課程內容包括會談的本質，目的，訪談的態度，如何進行會談，以及有效會談應具備的條件。除了理論與概念性的講述之外，教材尚包括經典訪談實錄研讀。學生除了研討既有教材之外，亦必須有實際會談練習。 |
Syllabus |
Interviewing is one of the most important skills in social service and delivery. A valid interview is not only helpful to clarify client’s problems, but also helpful to explore useful resources. The course content will include understanding the nature of interviewing, understanding human nature, how to interview, what to look for in interviewing etc. In addition to the lectures in theories and concepts, some illustrative interviews will be discussed in the class. Also, students are required to practice in the class as well as field work experiences. |
