Objectives |
The objectives of the course are:
1. To develop concepts about Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP), and skills to design curriculum according to the abilities, needs, and interests of young children.
2. To cultivate students’ skills in searching and evaluating instructional materials.
3. To help students become resourceful in designing integrated curriculum. |

Syllabus |
The main content of this course is to understand all kinds of young children's learning materials and teaching methods. Then students have to learn how to design appropriate lesson plans and do some micro teaching. Through this process, students will gain the appropriate knowledge, skills, and attitude for teaching young children. |
