本課程目的在
1.瞭解保育人員之心理衛生與職業倫理並加強應有的專業素養
2.培養敬業精神並澄清本身的價值觀。包括熟習心理衛生的理論與內涵,體認時代變遷與保育人員角色認知及定位,增進保育人員心理健康與幼保專業成長。強調對保育人員專業的自我認同,了解保育人員的生涯規劃與未來改變趨勢. |
Objectives |
The purpose of this course include 1.To understand the mental hygiene and professional ethics of Child Care Workers which to enhance their mental health and quality of professions. 2.To develop their enthusiasm in their work and clarify their sense of values. This course will help students establish their correct professional ethics and attitudes in workplace. |

這是一堂另類的課程，我們會花很長的時間來做自我探索的工作，透過各種奇特的方法讓您更了解自己，也提供您機會用不同的觸角去認識別人，接著再來思考一些幼教工作上的專業倫理議題。這堂課最重視彼此的討論和分享，以及您個人的反省工作，請敞開心胸參與吧！
這門課每週都有一份作業，不用交，但要到課堂上分享，並於課後用自己喜歡的方式留下記錄，待學期末時，彙整成一資料夾，再繳交即可。 |
Syllabus |
This is a special course in which students will spend a lot of time to explore himself/herself through many different experiences. Students have to encounter many situations and then try to understand self better and touch others in another way. Finally students have to consider some difficult situations that they may experience in early childhood education and care in terms of professional ethics. Every one in this class has to open self to others. Discussion and sharing are very important. There will be homework every week. Students have to do it immediately and gether them at the end of the semester. |
