惟就被監督者---保險業或保險從業人員而言,亦應了解政府監理的理由.監理的項目.以及保險政策的導向.了解了這些內容後,除了可以調整內部控制以符合監理的要求外,亦可做為經營策略方針的指引. |

In the past rwo decades, Taiwan has emerged as one of the most successful newly industrialized econonomies in the world.
Compared with the prosperity of the banking and security industries, Taiwanese insurance market is still far behind the growth of the economy. Under some circumstances,regulatory reform in insurance sector becomes an extremely importment task for Taowan. This class focuses on the insurance regulatory reform in Taiwan and explores certain issues in practices such as financial regulation, capital adequacy, marketing and investment regulation. After examining the current regulatory requirements, certain discussion and suggestions will be provided as possible solutions for possible solutions for these issues. |
