課程目標 認識一些天然物基本種類,對每一類瞭解其化學及生物活性方面的知識。也包括天然物的基本化學結構、化學轉換與應用,及其對生物活性的影響。題材主要包括碳水化合物、核酸相關物質、氨基酸及蛋白質、酯肪酸及衍生物、松稀、酚及衍生物、和生物鹼。 Objectives The purpose is to familiarize the basic classification of natural products, their chemistry and related biological properties. Discussion includes the basic molecular structures of each category, their common chemical transformations and their potential applications and effects on biological properties. The subjects include carbohydrates, nucleosides, nucleotides, and polynucleotides, amino acids and peptides, fatty acids and their derivatives, terpernoids, phenolics and alkaloids.

教學內容 對基礎藥物化學觀念作介紹內容包括:1)近代藥物之簡介,2)receptor 之簡介,3)藥物分子與目標之作用力,4)抗癌藥物與DNA-RNA之作用,5)ACE inhibitor-Cilazapril之介紹,6)b-blocker對心絞痛治療之機制介紹。 Syllabus The material included in the course are: 1) introduction of the modern medicine; 2) introduction of receptor; 3) interaction between drugd and target molecules; 4) interaction between anti-cancer drugs and DNA/RNA; 5) introduction of ACE inhibitor/Cilazapril; 6) mechanism of b-blocker.
