由儀器分析原理介紹，配合儀器分析實驗的訓練，使學生具備操作與運用分析儀器之能力。內容包括基本光學原理，儀器設計原理，儀器操作原理等，光譜儀器介紹包括原子光譜儀器，分子光譜儀器，另外亦將介紹層析分析儀器包括氣相層析儀及液相層析儀。 |
Syllabus |
The objective of this course is to help students establish the ability of operating and applying analytcal instruments. The goal is accomplished by introducing the principle of instrumental analysis accompanied with the traning in instrumental analysis experiments. The contents of this couse include the introduction of spectrometric principle, the principle of instrumnet design, and the principle of operation of instruments. The spectromerty including atomic spectrometry and molecular spectrometry as well as chromatography will also be introduced. |
