Objectives |
The course introduces the main objectives and the practical applications of the land law to provide the students with sufficient background in real estate. The course also assists students to take the certification exam of real estate. |

1.Be capable to utlize financial electronic caculator and precisely and expeditely evaluate the real estate investment practices on mortgaged loan ,interest and principal amortization calculation. 2.Implement the software Excel on long term real estate development such as theme park, hotel and gas station projects and study their feasibility plans. 3. explore the real estate securitization on equity, liability and asset perspectives. 4. Seminar on related papers. |
