以DELPHI為視窗環境下的系統開發工具，教授DELPHI工具的進階功能，使學生熟悉在DELPHI環境下進行進階視窗程式開發的流程及所需考慮的條件，進而熟稔視窗系統建置。
本課程是以實作為主。教授的內容包含、winsock 程式、thread 程式、認識 web services、認識 UDDI、認識 DataSnap等。 |
