一、需求面：指導學生推算人生不同年齡層、不同所得階段、不同家庭結構之投資理財需求。
二、供給面：認識各種金融商品(含不動產與藝術品)之種類及其投資理財方式，學習觀察與研判影響市場行情變動的因素
三、行為面：讓學生練習各種金融商品的投資理財行為，進而可以自行規劃
四、市場面：認識消費金融與企業金融，學習個人投資理財與企業投資理財的異同。
五、資訊面：幫助學生練習研讀金融市場資訊，並可自行摘要分析 |
Objectives |
This course will guide students toward understanding of Investment & Financial Management related knowledge . It will cover the concept of operation skill in several investment instruments , and advanced operation knowhow about stocks , bonds , mutual funds ,and how to exchange with the banks .
Selected homework and exercise include term-paper presentation and Taiwan financial market study . |
