國際環境管理系統標準(ISO14000系列)，涵蓋了「組織」與「產品」之環境管理或評估兩大部份。本課程將逐一介紹其內含與制定之目的。由於ISO14001與ISO14004兩份標準係環境管理系統之規範與指導綱要，與產業界息息相關，其內容包括環境政策、規劃、實施與運作、檢查與矯正措施、及管理階層審查，此內容符合PDCA之迴圈，是理境管理上很重要的工具之一。在進入此迴圈之前的先期評估亦為重要的一環，此課程將一併探討。其他的ISO 14000工具包括環境標誌、生命週期評估、環境稽核、環境績效評估、及環境成本會計等，是實施ISO 14001不可缺少的重要工具。 |
Objectives |
The ISO 14000 standards promise to play an important role in promoting better environmental management worldwide. There are generally two major groups for the standards, i.e., organization and products. However, the strategic PDCA loop is the most important in a company. This course will guide to implementing an effective environmental management system (EMS) that conforms to the requirements of the ISO 14001 EMS specification standard. It also offers a detailed description of other standards in the ISO 14000 series. They include standards for environmental auditing, environmental performance evaluation, eco-labeling and life cycle management. |
