本課程的目的為介紹兒童福利與幼兒保育之相關法規，課程內容包含各項法規、法規制訂的理論概念、國內施行情形，與其它各先進國家實施現況之比較等，以幫助同學對此議題有深入之瞭解。 |
Objectives |
The course is aimed to introduce laws and rules of child welfare and child care in Taiwan. The course content includes the laws and acts per se, concepts and theories underlining the legislations, application and actualization of the laws, and comparisons with other industrialized countries. Students are expected to have a better understanding of related issues. |
