教學內容 本課程進行之方式如後述: （1）使學生熟悉相關之策略理論以增進學生在策略管理領域方面知識之見地；（2）藉由實例來輔助學生評估環境變遷對於企業之影響並取得適當之策略對此改變做出適切之回應。 Syllabus The course is proceeding as follows: First, to acquaint the student with the relative strategic theory to enhance the understanding of strategic management. Second, the course uses numerous examples to assist the students in evaluating the impact of environmental changes on business and derive strategies to respond to these changes.
