本課程藉由理論與實務案例之介紹使學生瞭解資訊系統在企業流程、管理決策及策略規劃中所扮演的角色，以及如何使用資訊系統解決企業問題。內容包含資訊系統管理基本概念、資訊科技的內容、系統開發與管理技術、資訊系統的企業應用(包含交易處理系統、決策支援系統、策略資訊系統、電子化企業等)、及資訊系統管理之未來挑戰等議題之探討。 |
Objectives |
This course will cover the basic concept of information management. The students will understand the concepts of business process and how information technology (IT) can be applied in the business process. Selected introductory topics include the foundation concepts of management information systems, the content of information technology, information system planning and development, business applications (ex. transaction processing system, decision support systems (DSS), strategic information system (SIS), electronic business systems, and management challenges. |

以授課與個案研討的方式交叉進行，個案由同學分組報告，並進行課堂互動討論。同學分組原則上以3人為一組。 |

主要從組織的觀點來探討如何將資訊科技應用於組織的各個階層。首先，介紹資訊管理基本概念以及其對組織與社會的影響，其次探討各種類型資訊系統，涵蓋了電子交易處理、決策支援系統、智慧型系統、知識管理、策略型資訊系統、電子商務等，再者則是說明資訊系統的規劃與發展，其中還有包括了其他相關管理議題的討論。 |
