建築再利用之理念基礎應當在於尊重原有之自然與人文環境，以期待建築計畫實行時能夠與所處大環境的永續發展相互調適，緣此，課程進行將以建築再利用之觀念澄清為起始，兼述文化思想、都會生活影響與經營管理理念…等廣泛議題，最後再評論各案例的成果，以檢討學術與實務的差距。 |
