本課程之教學目標為培育建築工程人員就業所必需具備之專業知識、學識；諸如正確的技術、建築施工制度、法令作業流程、管理技巧、合理之技術指令、領導統禦、施工安全等。課程內容以實務技術為主要導向，重點於建築之”整體管理”包括：1.營建作業流程 2.發包制度 3.正確之施工方法、步驟 4.營建技術 5.整體營建管理系統淤6.監工重點與管理技巧 7.工地安全及自身安全之維護。 |
Objectives |
Fundamentals of construction management. Provides exposure to the major features and issues relating to the deployment, use, and impact of management skills within public and private construction organizations. Topics include: (1) Procedures and Organizations of Construction Management, (2) Negotiations and Contracts for Construction Engineering, (3) Scheduling Tools and Estimating, (4) PERT and CPM Network Diagrams, (5) Project Cost Reports, (6) Engineering Quality Control, (7) Analysis and Decision Making for Construction Management, and (8) Management Skills Applied in Construction Fields. |
