教學內容 一、課程基本內容：
營建工程與其他事業相比較乃屬於較高風險的行業，營建工程的施作易受天候、地質情況、人為原因等多種不確定因素而影響其經營成果。現代科學不斷進步，新的施工機械設備、材料及施工方法不斷推陳出新，且營建規模日益龐大，內容亦趨複雜，更使得營建工程風險日漸提高。故如何藉有效的風險管理方法免除或降低風險，已成為當前重要的營建工程課		 Syllabus This course contains the following topics:
1. describe the major insurance forms that are used in the Constractor' All Risk(CAR)
2. explain how a constractor can be insured
3. explain the basic provisions of the constractor' all risk policies
4. access an internet site and obtain consumer information about CAR
