課程目標	本課程旨在探討企業面對日趨競爭之產業環境如何分析其核心競爭力並藉由技術革新以開創新市場、維繫既有市場，並於課程中適度引入新興科技簡介，以闡明科技發展趨勢。	Objectives	The aim of this course is to help students explore the core competitiveness of business. 教學內容	在快速變遷，競爭日趨激烈的21世紀，『科技』與『管理』的關係日漸密切。一方面，科技可藉管理以提昇其競爭力，發揮其最大效能；另一方面，管理需輔以科技的支持，強化企業的體質。本課程嘗試從科技與經濟目標、科技產生組織核心競爭力、產品發展生命週期、科計策略、創意管理、人才管理、績效評估、技轉與智慧財產權及公司整合研發等幾個角度進行全面的研討。	Syllabus
