| 課程目標 |
憲法是國家根本大法，規定人民的基本權力以及國家機關的組織與職權。憲法之良窳與憲政之施行影響一國的安危甚大，我國目前正致力於建立法治社會，身為知識份子更須具備憲法的知識，研修此課程有其必要。從務實的觀點言，研習此課程，一方面可以瞭解憲法所保障的人民基本權利為何？受到侵害時應如何救濟？另一方面可以瞭解政府如何組成，其運作方式對我們有何影響，如具備了憲法的基本概念，相信對我們分析大眾傳媒的內容，也有所助益。 |
Objectives |
A constitution is the foundation of a state; it is the orginizational law of government, the codification of the people’s rights. This course covers the following topics: 1) The basic concepts of the constitution. 2) The growth and transition from autocracy to democracy. 3) The relationship between liberity and legality. 4) The liberalization and democratization of the R.O.C.. 5) The constitution’s codes of the R.O.C.. |

憲法是保障基本人權，規定國家權力和組織， 以及兩者之關係的根本大法。本課程除了使學生了解一般憲法原理，及我國憲法的基本內容；亦將藉由互動討論，檢視我國憲政之實踐，增進學生對憲法之正確認識。 |
Syllabus |
Constitution is fundamental rules for the government of an organized body such as a nation. It defines the rights of citizens, the structure and powers of government. After the course, the students are supposed to have comprehensive understanding of the underlying theories of constitution, and gain the correct concepts of our constitutional problems, and the solutions. |
