There will be 1 mid-term exam and 1 final exam. The course marks for each student are taken from the mid-term exam (25%), the final exam (25%), the participation during the course (=attendance) (25%), and homework (25%). |

The course will teach French for students who have little or no prior knowledge of the French language. We are acquiring a minimum core vocabulary of 500 words in the first semester, as well as basic grammar, which is most vital for understanding and mastering the French language. |
