課程目標	介紹財務管理基本觀念及工具，包含財務報表分析，風險與報酬，證券評價等.並探討公司資本預算決策，長、短期融資決策、資金成本，股利政策等公司理財相關課題。	Objectives	1.To introduce the basic concepts & tools of financial manegement,including financial statements & analysis,time value of money,risk & return and securities valuation.2.To examine long-term investment dicisions & ficnancial decision 3.To study short-trem financial decisions & other special topics in managerial finance.
